- Your spending $ (dollars) are treated the same as food calories
- These spending calories are divided into 3 main categories
- We recommend the desired percentage allocation of those categories
- We give you budgeting tools & software that will help you get those spending categories back into the right percentage.
It is simple, incredibly effective and once mastered can help you balance your budget, find hidden spending and reduce debt.
Our approach
We utilise the following methodology
- In Part One, you undergo a Money Shape Assessment, so we can see what financial shape you are currently in and what needs to change to get you back into shape.
- In Part Two, we put you on the Money Diet™, with specific challenges and activities that help reduce your spending calories.
- In Part Three, we give you the Money Map™ so you create your own personal money map, where you can track, measure and adjust your results.
